Salad University currently offers classes in Redwood Valley in each of the 4 seasons. Exact locations, dates and times for each class will be posted on the Salad University page.
These 3 hour sessions cover 30-40 herbs, flowers and greens for an energizing and healing salad. Participants taste, learn basics for growing, and share salad and a green smoothie as part of the class. Seeds and cuttings of some plants available. Classes are by donation or work trade.
